Yong-Gon brings more than 24 years of experience building and leading global security teams currently investing & advising cyber security companies and investors. Mr.  Chon sits  on  the  board  and  VividCloud  and is  a  fellow at the Culinary Institute of America.  Mr. Chon was previously CEO of Focal Point Data Risk and sat on the boards of RiskRecon (acquired  by  Mastercard),  the    of  the  Cybersecurity  Maturity  Model  Certification  Accreditation  Body  (CMMC-AB)  & Cloudentity.  Mr. Chon also led the cyber division of Kratos Defense and Security Solutions. Mr. Chon has held senior leadership positions across numerous cyber security organizations including: Cybertrust, iDefense, MCI, SRA executing professional services for Fortune 1000 and public sector clients. Mr. Chon has served as an adjunct professor at The George Washington University and holds a B.S. in Emergency Medical Services Management from The George Washington University. Mr. Chon is a published author and frequent speaker at industry events, TV and radio.

Alison brings over twenty five years of expertise in cybersecurity sales and marketing to her position at GroCyber. She is also recognized as a fellow at the Culinary Institute of America. Kidd has a proven track record of success in numerous cyber financial transactions.  Currently, she serves as the Chief Revenue Officer on contract for SecureHalo and offers advisory services to several boards. She plays a pivotal role in assisting our partner community to expand their customer base, identify market fit, and devise effective  go-to-market strategies, leading to substantial revenue growth. Additionally, Kidd collaborates with organizations to tackle intricate cyber challenges, leveraging her thought leadership, technological prowess, and innovative mindset. She remains vigilant  in scouting the market for emerging solutions to meet evolving customer needs. Previously, Kidd held executive roles, including Executive Vice President of Sales at Foreground Security, which was acquired by Raytheon in 2015. Before that, she served as Vice  President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing at CertiPath and held key positions at BMC Software, focusing on sales across various industries. Notably, she spearheaded sales efforts at Cybertrust, contributing to the company's revenue growth from $21 to $250  million and eventual acquisition by Verizon. With her extensive experience, expertise, attention to detail, and robust network in the cybersecurity, sales, and commercial sectors, Alison is passionate about her work and excels in her field every day
